MORROW brings fund management on-chain. Create strategies, manage Funds and allocate capital through transparent, programmable infrastructure.
MORROW provides infrastructure for turning investment strategies into on-chain Funds. A Fund represents a defined strategy and portfolio structure managed through on-chain infrastructure.
Define a strategy and create a Fund around it.
Manage portfolio composition and Fund activity through programmable infrastructure.
Allow capital to be allocated to strategies through on-chain Funds.
More managers create more strategies. More strategies create more Funds. More Funds create more opportunities for capital allocation. Successful strategies can build observable track records, which can attract additional capital — creating incentives for more managers to participate.
Traditional fund management often depends on intermediaries, private databases and periodic reporting. On-chain infrastructure can make relevant Fund activity, portfolio composition and transactions continuously observable where the system exposes that information publicly.
Relevant portfolio and transaction data can be independently inspected on-chain.
Fund rules and interactions can be encoded into smart contracts.
On-chain Funds can interact with broader blockchain infrastructure.
Transactions and state changes can be independently verified.
Strategy: Layer-1 and Layer-2 infrastructure allocation
Strategy: DeFi and liquidity-focused allocation
Strategy: Established, long-standing digital assets
MORROW gives managers infrastructure to turn investment strategies into on-chain Funds.
Define your strategy, control composition, adjust allocations, build an observable on-chain history, and give capital a transparent way to access your strategy.
Investors can discover Funds, analyse their composition and review relevant on-chain activity before deciding whether to allocate.
Explore Funds, review composition and activity, deploy capital, and track your positions.
$MORROW is designed as an incentive and coordination layer for the MORROW ecosystem, launched via Pons on Robinhood Chain, paired with ETH.
Functions include: incentives, creator programs, competition rewards, governance, and subscription access.

The full, extended documentation of MORROW.
MORROW is an on-chain fund management ecosystem. Creators build Funds around their own strategies, and allocators discover Funds and choose where to allocate capital according to their own preferences.
A Fund is a defined strategy and portfolio structure. Its creator sets its management fee, lock-up, minimum holding period, minimum allocation and withdrawal conditions directly, and the Fund is managed through on-chain infrastructure.
Any creator can build a Fund around their own strategy and set its parameters directly. Fund creation launches with the MORROW dApp.
Allocators discover Funds, review each Fund's strategy and terms, and allocate capital directly to the ones that match their own preferences.
Creators manage portfolio composition and Fund activity, and earn a management fee according to the fee structure they set. Performance-based fees are part of a later phase.
Relevant Fund activity, portfolio composition and transactions are recorded on a public blockchain and can be independently inspected — replacing private reporting with direct verification.
MORROW is exploring ERC-7621-compatible architecture for on-chain Fund infrastructure. Not yet fully implemented.
$MORROW is the incentive and coordination layer of the MORROW ecosystem — covering ecosystem incentives, creator programs, competition rewards, governance and subscription access. It's launched through Pons on Robinhood Chain and paired with ETH, with a total supply of 1,000,000,000, a fair launch, 0% team allocation and no presale.
In its initial phase, revenue comes from Fund-related fees, advertising and other ecosystem activity, focused on growing the network of creators, Funds and allocators. Later phases add paid subscriptions, premium platform functionality and expanded Fund-related fees.
Withdrawal conditions are set by each Fund's creator at creation — lock-up, minimum holding period and exit terms are part of the Fund's own configuration, not a protocol-wide rule.
MORROW is the infrastructure connecting Fund creators and allocators. Each Fund is its own strategy, built and run by its creator — MORROW provides the protocol that makes it programmable, transparent and accessible.
$MORROW launches with a 3% creator tax, supporting development, marketing, $MORROW acquisitions and ecosystem growth. Pons applies a separate 1% trading fee on top, which belongs to Pons and is distinct from MORROW's own economics.
Staking is part of MORROW's future ecosystem development. The exact architecture will be developed as the ecosystem evolves and in coordination with token holders.
Build the strategy. Create the Fund. Allocate capital. Move fund management on-chain.
